Jirobo could've recovered from that blow to the heart, or it might not have hit his heart... I can't remember how Kidomaru died... Sakon could've left Ukon's body just before he got eaten by Karasu, Tayuya might've slipped out of the trees and Kimimaro () might not've died, just gotten stuck when he was about to attack.
